Simply stop by our service department during operational hours, and we will provide the service without an appointment.
What You Can Expect During Your Appointment
As we complete your service, we invite you to enjoy a coffee or beverage, have a snack, or browse email on our free Wi-Fi while you wait. Need to customize your ride? Go ahead and peruse the MOPAR accessories that we have available. If you have a more labor-intensive service, we invite you to take advantage of our shuttle service to nearby areas or secure a rental car.

New customers need to provide basic vehicle and personal contact information. Once you schedule your first appointment, the system will store this data in an account that is retrieved when logging in again.

- New customers – start by clicking – I am a new customer – and be prepared to enter the vehicle’s make, year, model, drivetrain, and current odometer reading.
2.) Customer Concerns
This section is for entering your concerns as to what you need for your appointment. Choose from the list of routine maintenance services or choose from the factory scheduled maintenance or dealer recommended services lists. If you do not see the service needed, you can fill out the open comments box at the end and we will call you back.
3.) Appointment
This section is for selecting pertinent details, such as selecting a preferred service advisor, if you need a rental car or shuttle ride to the appointment, and the ideal day and time from the calendar provided.
